I studied Andragogy, specialising in cultural training, focusing on changing the attitudes and behaviour of (groups of) people. My graduation project was about the implementation of healthy behaviour in school education. After that, I worked in promoting health for ten years. At that time, DST developed a teaching package on health for the Dutch Heart Foundation. That is how I came to work for DST in the late 1980s.
At DST, I am a project manager as part of the youth communication team. Its focus is merging the world of our clients with the world of young people (and subsequently also the education sector). The result is a wide variety of educational programmes, campaigns, websites, guest lectures, excursions, etc. In addition, I assist organisations with their (attitude and behavioural) change programs in the areas of safety, integrity, client service, etc
