Stork GLT asked DST in 2008 to further promote safety awareness among its employees of the northern gas production sites. The goal was to arrive at a corporate H&S campaign that was all but standard, boring or pedantic. The result was Safe@Stork.
Because of the nature of works health and safety has been a high priority for Stork GLT for years. Further developing this safety awareness is mainly aimed at keeping it that way. DST advised Stork GLT on safety-related communication strategies and took care of the development of all campaign means.
In Safe@Stork it is Stork’s employees who inform and inspire their colleagues to work safely. The campaign focussed on pressing safety improvements using short and catchy quotes and recognizable photos of actual site locations.
Stork GLT merged into GLT Plus in 2010, a consortium of five companies with close ties to national gas company NAM. GLT Plus continued Safe@Stork with DST under a new name, We Care.
